Excellent product
When I opened the package to inspect the contents I was very impressed with the high quality packaging and instructions. It only got better. Did not use the on-line video but didn't have any problems. This was my first time to use such a product. However, my son-in-law has installed a number of wall-mounted flat screens and had never seen another product that came close to comparison. The parts kit is great. All the screws, spacers and other items, including a few special tools, are organized in a separate box (Bolt Pack) with letter coding for each sized item.

Good book
Great writing by a great author. Also read Coward on the Beach. Both books are based upon the oral history of the author's grandfather during WWII who spiced up some sobering events. Author also wrote Obsmaland, published on 1-26-09 predicting very well the changes to be expected.
