Same hinges as the big box stores only less expensive
Hinges are of good quality but the screws aren‘t! I think that about 35 -40 % of the heads snapped off. Probably o.k. for use with a phillips screw driver but a screw gun will break them off even at the lowest setting. Still a good product for the $$$$$$.

Works well but you need to adjust it
Installs as a normal switch does but needs to be adjusted prior to installing cover plate. I guess after the manufacture tests it they put it back to full brightness mode. There is a small wheel that needs to be turned all the way to the left to get the dimmable feature to work at its lowest level. The last sentence is for the handy man like myself that doesn’t read instruction sheets!

I purchased this same product 2 years ag...
I purchased this same product 2 years ago for another vehicle and this current item is definitely not the same quality as the previous purchased item. The carpet knap is much thinner, appears to be cheaper and I not real confident in its overall construction or longevity. The ad said it’s made for a 2026 Silverado 1500 but the item has a tag on the back stating it’s for vehicles thru 2024? I haven’t tried fitment as it’s recommended to play lay for 12+ hours so I’m in a wait n see mode currently.
