Just What is needed for Hurricanes
16 of 16 found this helpful I have owned larger generators in the past but found myself not using them because of size and noise. Hurricane Irma came through our city and we lost power and did not have a generator. Without power for a family of 6 was miserable. To prepare for next event I purchased the WEN 56200i. It is small enough to lug around and quieter than my older bigger generators although not whisper quiet. Starts easily and on the econo-mode setting is quiet. (Gets louder as more load applied). Will easily run TV/fans/lights/refrigerator to make it through a crisis, and will also be our companion when we go out in the woods camping.
