My family have brought five of these phones and Three of them have broke after 13 months they just wont turn on, and sony ericsson just want you to have the hassel of sending them back to get them repaired. No chance of a refund or money of a new phone. cant wait for the other two to break so we can all have reliable phones. would not touch this model ever again, must be why they are so hard to get hold of new.
