Life changing.
Life changing book. I have had elevated blood sugar for many years and just thought that was just me. I started having tingling in my hands and feet and other symptoms that appear to be pre-diabetes. I have embraced this book and followed it and almost all of the symptoms are gone. I will have my blood drawn in October and pray for lower sugar levels. I have more energy and my head feels clear. Wonderful book. And the cookbook is great too. Everything I have made is wonderful.
