    The packages arrived in the time frame specified. Unfortunately as seen when unpacking one of them, the rattan on one part was damaged. We requested a return and the seller promptly provided the shipping labels to return the boxes which we really appreciated. I would deal with this seller again with no concerns since it was not their fault the product had some damage and they would not have been aware of it.

    Seller was responsive to my inquiries and finally shipped me a white table as in the picture as opposed to brown in the product description. Obviously, this points to the fact that someone was lying when they said that 8 minutes later I could not cancel my order because it was already shipped.... when in fact, they did have the opportunity to ship the colour I wanted. So... where is my trust in this seller and ebay.... not good!!!

    Item arrived quickly and was packaged securely. A couple of minor details. One piece was missing the push pins. The painted pieces for the door were scratched from being packaged on the bottom and the galvanized pieces stacked on top of them. Could have put some cardboard between them. Some galvanized pipe pieces were dented also. All in all it seems of good quality and looks pretty good. My pet should have lots of room to run and play. I recommend this product and seller.

    Great seller, the product is good as it was advertised. Great pice and quick delivery. Recommend this seller! Also, the packaging was good as well, wrapped pieces in so many stir foam which helps the components to be protected from damage.
