Disappointed

I know this product, I buy it for the third time. And it is always excellent. This time the liquid doesn't blend with the water, it just stays watery. In addition this one smells like alcohol instead of a nice smell that yujually it has. It is not cheap at all. I feel very disappointed. Won't recommend the seller and won't buy anything from him ever.
