Not sufficiently tested
6 of 6 found this helpful Item description says some cosmetic issues but "tested working well". This cannot be true: just getting to the Windows loading icon took minutes when I installed this thing. It eventually loaded Windows, but then kept failing every few minutes, crashing the system. My existing CPU works fine, as does my existing fan, and they both load Windows much more quickly, therefore I am certain this is not a heat issue: somebody failed to detect a flaw that was in the chip before it was packed for shipping.
