If you take the time to learn the steps this is a fun workout video. Three 20 minute workouts.

I don't understand this question
I liked Cane River by this author better than this book. But I do like the pictures and the family tree and referred to it often while reading the book

May work for you
It's a bit too thick for me, maybe there is an adjustment period but I've worn similar pads .For the price well worth a try. Well made.
