Awesome features
2 of 2 found this helpful I work in a call center and I take several calls per day. I didn't like the headset my company provided.. I felt chained to my desk, it was uncomfortable, and it lacked many features. Many of my co-workers had this particular headset, so from word of mouth and recommendations, I decided to purchase this product.
I've been using it for about a month already, and I don't regret purchasing it at all. I love it. It's lightweight, comfortable, and very easy to setup and use. I love the 3 audio switch options (computer in/out, bluetooth in/out, and the hard-phone connection).
The only thing I was disappointed about was the audio quality from computer and bluetooth input.
