The blade stays put inside the handle and is not in the slight bit loose
I have a few combination squares which are only glorified straight-edges as the blades are not as tight as I would prefer inside the square's handle, so it was just time for something new.
The Starrett blade stays put inside the square's handle and I favor the detailed graduations as provided.
One thing about Starrett is their quality reputation, the handle of the square is made from cast-iron and not from aluminum pot-metal or plastic. And this quality tool is made right here in the USA.

Relieves pain and isn't unpleasantly strong smelling
Great pain relieving cream that I can apply before bed and unlike Tiger Balm the smell doesn't qualify me to sleep on the couch.

Works well for me
I don't like carrying a thick wallet so this allows me to carry drivers license, (2) credit cards, emergency road service card, plastic ignition car key, health care card, passport card, and international union ID & certification card, and card sized calendar by using the typical plastic insert. Easily fits into work-shirt pocket or pants pocket.
