It's cheaper than fleece.
The bolts that bolt to the back of the block were too long. I had to use 2 washers on each bolt to make it work. Other than that, it was alright.

Fit good on my 04 3500.
So far, so good. It fit well, install was decent, didn't even have to remove the pickup tube. Time will tell if this oil pan holds up. I am worried about the coating on the inside of the pan, as I have seen cheaper pans flake off, while in the truck and block the pickup tube, hopefully I don't have to worry about that, or change this review.
