Just call me.
As soon as I received my package and opened it (within seconds), I called you to see if we could work something.out. I wasn't mad or nasty or anything like that at all. I simply asked if we could get another flag, of better quality, in exchange for the one I was sent, which by the way doesn't even look like the flag that appears with this message.
I soon got a call back but was unable to answer in time. No message was left.
I immediately called you back, left another nice message, but you never called back.
All I wanted was to see if we could exchange for a "better" flag....I, of course, would make all the extra payments incurred. Still no call back.
