I take no medication at 65 years old and this book helps me tremendously..

This is a very good book. There are a lot of helpful hints, explanations, and solutions. You can certainly experiment and see what works best for you. You, of course, need to know and be aware of when it's time that the home remedies are not the way to go, but see a physician.
