Lisa's Cottage was a brick and mortar antique and gift store that had to close due to a family illness. Now this eBay store helps divest of my store inventory and I also sell Comic Con and San Diego Padres items here. I was very impressed at the unique way the seller was able to package the reel to protect it in shipping and still save on shipping cost. Seller's description was excellent, and pictures were of good quality, in fact the reel looks like it was mounted on a rod but never fished. Cannot recommend this!
VERY complicated set-up procedure. Too many downloads to set it up, including Java. Was very frustrated. Returned it after trying to troubleshoot problem with technical support.

Wish they manufactured it again!
I save it to use on my most precious items because it really works at cleaning without leaving any streaks yet is gentle.

Reliable & cost efficient. Wish it had Wi-Fi capability. A+
Wish it was Wi-Fi enabled and it is a little hard to line it up the first time, but works great!
