Heavy as an elephant but worth it
0 of 1 found this helpful Not much more to be said about this lens. It's a beast but it's sharp and darn quick. With the 1.4 teleconverter you can more than keep up with the big boys sporting 600mm and 500mm lens. True it's not something you use every day but if you are interested in wildlife and birds it's a great way to go if you don't want to spend the REALLY big bucks.
