Seller jumped to conclusion that it was buyer's fault for incompatibility of item, commented negatively and did not ask for further details. After providing details of testing, seller did not apologize and pushed the responsibility away since they have stated returns are not accepted. The return process is tedious and painstakingly time consuming. Recommended to avoid this seller.

Stopped working after 7 days
I bought this for my PC thinking it was a good value. 1 week later it stopped working. I had to buy a dependable power supply locally & send this one back. It's not a good value if it doesn't work. This whole experience has been a hassle

Great compact PC!
I ran across this PC while looking for an inexpensive PC to use as a dedicated aquarium & it had to have a HDMI. I can run it at high video settings with excellent FPS - it's surprising small & looks great. Now all it does is run my aquarium program on a big-screen! A++
