Proper cap with no tether

Beautiful but do not last very long
1 of 1 found this helpful I purchased a 12 bulbs on 1/27/2020. While these 5000K bulbs give off a beautiful white light and are rated for 22 years at 3 hours per day, the first burned out a few months ago and a second burned out as of this writing on 4/11/2021.
Revision, 8/20/2022: The third burned out today, after only 16 months of service.
