Stick with OE on this one
I received this unit, installed, and programmed to my truck and the same day I realized what most other reviews were talking about. When I turn my truck off and then start again the a/c doesnt pick up where it left off like oe. You have to turn unit off for a few seconds and then start fresh every time to turn a/c back on. Can't just push the button and expect a/c to work. Also just to make sure I tried turning it to hot and neither side would go cold to hot. Put original unit back in and worked much better. Go back with AC DELCO and save your time.

High hopes for ACDelco but name brands don't make them better.
I was trying to get a better quality brand than some of the other remanufactured brands which is why I bought this ACDelco.....no better. I took this to a mechanic and was there when he got it all installed. Last thing he put on was the hoses and one wouldn't tighten up because it was obviously stripped out. I found out now you better check that before installing because I have been down almost 2 weeks waiting for a new one. Extremely frustrated with this because I paid more for oe than A1 Cardone and not good quality still.

Go with ACDelco
I bought this to replace the oe line that a previous bad mechanic mangled. This one is cheap for a reason...it makes the worst high-pitched squealing noise where the oriface tube is. So we put in a new oriface tube and still had the same problem. Put a new ACDelco line in and problem solved. This aftermarket stuff is junk like I should have expected. So just save your time and go with OE.
