Best Slipper clutch on the market!
The Robinson Racing Gen 3 slipper unit is my go to upgrade for all my RCs that run a brushless motor! I run the same slipper clutch in my Traxxas Slash and Stampede! So when I converted my Axial Ridgecrest to a Solid Axel MONSTER TRUCK I went brushless and I knew the RRP Slipper unit was gonna help me get just the write amount of push in the turns! And power to the ground in a big way! You can fine tune the amount of slip you want, say you cant leave the line without pulling a massive wheelie! Well dial back the slipper to help keep the wheels down! Or if you take a U turn with a Solid axel Monster truck but it slips in the turn and you lose momentum! U can tighten the slipper clutch til you have just the write amount of push through the turn! Now other slipper units can be tweaked and tuned to your satisfaction as well but never has there been a Slipper clutch more forgiving or durable as this unit! Look I'm just a RC enthusiast stating my opinion but know this if I didn't truly believe this product can make a difference I wouldn't take the time to help the fellow hobbyist out and write this review! As long as I've been in the Hobby people have helped each other! This is no different! If your in the market for a new, more durable, better performing slipper Unit then look no further my friends!!
