Ford Wheel Well Liner

I know you can get similar liners from aftermarket companies, however, I read the reviews and they are mixed at best. I spent 60K for my truck, why would I save a few Dollars for an inferior product? These are made by Ford and are the same part you can get as an option if you order a F-150. They fit perfectly and are a breeze to install with the supplied hardware. By the way, no need to remove the wheels like the instructions say.

Quarter Glass Seals

First of all, the chromed metal sashes appear to be really high quality. They are sturdy, the chrome is very nice and they fit well. With that said, the installation is a bit tricky but not difficult. Below are some tips. 1. Before you attempt to slide the rubber seals into the channels carefully shape (bent) them until they have the same curved shape. If you don't they will get stuck because the rubber seals have steel inserts/ Also, use plenty of WD-40 and silicone grease.......they are a very tight fit, try to get them on without stopping in one continuous motion. one the seals are in wash the whole assembly with dish soap and hot water; you want all the lubricant gone. Then dry them thoroughly. 2. Despite what they show on YouTube and what some people say, install the assembly DRY! Just place the rubber channel on your quarter windows and then push the seal assembly on staring at the top. Once they were on I used some masking tape for about 48 hours to give the rubber channels a chance to fuse themselves to the glass and the metal. 3. You may have to adjust the fore/aft position of the door windows because the rubber seals are a little different from the original OEM version. Take your time and they will fit very well. Mine are on for a while now and they are tight, seal well and don't move.
