Need more info/ startup wattage. Not like a brushed motor.
Did not work for my solar panel application. Although it is stated 0.5-4 Watts, it uses much more power on startup. My 7 watt solar panel (verified/tested power) was unable to start the motor. A 9-volt battery starts and runs it easily and the pump runs great but it is useless for my application.

Just complex enough
Has four pre-set combinations for testing/charging, good enough for a novice like me. Maybe not for full-scale production or something crazy, but it is perfect for a homeowner wanting to see which batteries are better than others and by how much. Works fantastic, easy user interface.

Light, compact, not bad.
Great size to carry around daily. A great value for the money, but the pocket clip mount is a little sloppy with the screw going into the plastic stop at the end. I also had to file the back of the blade a little where the latch catches it, it was getting stuck. Still, I like the look, feel, and action of the knife and it comes in handy.
