Quality seems good.
My remote went defective on me and I did not want to spend $170+ on a new one. I was using my manual switch to turn my gas fireplace on and off. So I had to monitor the heat level at all times. It was a pain in the rear to watch heat levels. This item foot the bill as a on/off set to a desired temp you wanted. Only drawback is you need two wires to connect.

Well what can I say it is a used item. Just hoping it last...

BEST MAG FOR THE MINI-14
