Good quality but, requires quite a bit of modification
The unit fit the bolt holes in the rear and was contoured good to the transmission but was too thick to fit between the flywheel and the block. After modifying (cutting out for the flywheel and starter) it was still too shallow to bolt it to the block (front, was never going to clear flywheel). It would have required cutting it to the point that the flywheel would have been exposed (and not certain the torque converter would have fit inside of cover at that point). So I placed spacers at the front leaving a space in the cover but bolted at the rear. Still better than being open to road debris but very much lacking in being deep enough.
