Great product for expanding TV viewing options
1 of 1 found this helpful This is my second 1st generation Fire TV. I bought my first in 2014 from Amazon. The one I purchased on eBay was brand new, never been opened. Although the set up to my TV was very easy, getting it to run was not! The first problem I encountered was registration for which a phone call to Amazon support resolved this issue for me. The real issue was the software was the original dated back to 2014. I had a long visit with Amazon support to get this resolved since we had to step through each software revision released after what was original installed on my box. Other than these two set up problems the product is great and I am happily watching Amazon TV!!
