How do I know? Product new
How are you supposed to rate a protection plan before you have tried to use it? Ask me in a year.

initially impressed
Have only used for 3 weeks but am very impressed with the power they give. Makes my 17yo hammer drill run like new; that wasn't the case with the previous replacement batteries

Good as my original
Other than a tiny lip that catches the paper as I try to feed it in, the shredded works as well as the same model that lasted 10yrs
