  The item delivered differed to the size stated. Dealing with this seller has been nothing short of frustrating, time consiming as well as difficult. The initial problem was that they posted my item with a different courier than described. They then sent the wrong item and failed to process my refund in a timely manner once posted back to them. Avoid.

  This item was returned and it was 100% an Apple 11 inches Folio. I simply CANNOT understand at all why this buyer has said otherwise. It has been returned and photos took to confirm this. Yes I did post late as I was taken ill but i communicated this with the buyer and I also paid double postage as their request as they wanted through Royal Mail I did this without any problem or delay. Not fair feedback at all.
