Great product, better than expected

This Nook HD+ has amazing picture clarity and is in constant use. The only problem was that upon receipt, the software was out of date and the unit would not connect to the internet. My local Barnes & Noble store quickly resolved that problem and the unit has been working perfectly ever since.
