Problem with the black base I received
2 of 2 found this helpful The black base I received did not work. Power light did not turn on as like my old one.
I did not receive the power transformer as shown in the above picture which could be a
problem since I experienced the same problem with my old unit.
i was not able to contact the seller.
Any help would be appreciated.
