The mug arrived in pieces broken the package was a disgrace and it was a total disaster since it should have been a gift and I made a fool out of myself for giving it that way. You can't ever send a fragil object like that with a problematic shape without a box, sadly a really bad experience for me and the one it was bought for. The seller didn't even bother to answer after telling him the problem. I would have uploaded video also but I can't seem to be able to upload only pictures.
