Not Enought Main Dish Options
The braising and main dish recipes are good, but limited. Too much of the book is on side dishes and desserts, etc. If you want a book of main dish ideas this is not the one. Better to Google search for ATF or other sources of recipes for Dutch Ovens. The ones they have a fine and I might try about 6 recipes. So for me the whole book was not worth it. The recipes however are very well written in the ATF tradition and most ingredients are accessible in cities with large grocery stories.
