AC Region Issues
1 of 1 found this helpful The adapter enforces the regional domain (frequency limits) through the driver. I could not find any way to influence this, support suggested the installation of a localized operating system, but could not say which factor exactly determines the region choice. Windows' location setting had no effect.
This adapter will only work, if your OS and location are a perfect match. You cannot travel with it or use an original language OS'.
