Great for PC still using Windows XP
Still could not open pics taken with Samsung Galaxy 7 but not an Abobe problem. Common error message about invalid JPG or JPEG file. Quick online search revealed solution: instead open pics with Paint and then resave with slightly different file name as JPEG, JPG. Then re-open using Adobe 4 Elements. Voila! Probably could have done same thing with newer version of Photoshop but don't use it that much and makes more sense to have a version designed to run on XP.... until my PC dies.
