it was an unopened package but the key is for a group license.
9 of 10 found this helpful I have a key but Microsoft says it is for a group license and i can't register it. I can open the software and use it but it keeps opening a page saying i need to register it. I suspect I won't be able to download upgrades or security fixes until I can get it to register. there may be a way to get it to register but so far I haven't figured it out. if it were not for the registration issue this would have been a great deal.

replaced the belts
1 of 1 found this helpful Once I figured out how to use the little tool they sent and got the belts on the band saw did much better job of keep the blade where it belongs.
