Big Agnes products are of high quality and customer service is outstanding
When combined with the Big Agnes Q core inflatable pad it is like sleeping on a feather bed. I bought the Lost Ranger when they upgraded to the down tek and have owned it for about three years. I have used it on backpacking and bike packing trips, and even as a bed in a horse trailer when doing long distance deliveries. I especially like having the feature that captures the inflated pad so that you don't go slipping off the otherwise slippery pad. The temperature rating tends to be a subjective thing. I was cold overnight when the temperature fell into the high 20's and had to put on my down jacket to keep warm which is not unusual. My only challenge with this sleep system if that you have to learn how to zip up without catching the fabric in the zipper and risk tearing the fabric. It took me about three outings before I learned how to close the zipper without catching fabric. Another feature that I like is that I can insert my Thermarest medium pillow in a provided pocket. I am an oldster and value comfort and this combination fills the bill.

Perfect replacement
Our horse trainer obtained a trailer that did not have keys to the door. If you can look closely, the key code is inscribed on the round key entry area. In this case it was a TM 500. I was able to purchase it on eBay and send it to him directly. He reported that they fit and worked perfectly. Did not have to call a lock smith or order new set of locks.

Great Bargain! and impressive quality!
Took a while to be shipped due to the distance. It was well worth the wait. The case included is very nice. They are a perfect fit for my vintage Craftsman's Wood Lathe.
