Works!
At 7000+ feet, I needed to get my grizzly back up in RPM where it belonged. Works great, quiet and good backshift as well

Wow!
After numerous attempts at rebuilding my mikuni and Yamaha not knowing what jetting I needed to use at 7000+ feet of riding, I decided to start from scratch. I didn't want to pony up the $400 for a mikuni, and stumbled across this Caltric... a quarter of the price, it included 3 different main jets for tuning, and was a direct bolt in with literally ZERO modification. I dropped the main jet one size, knocked the idle mixture cap out and turned it in about 1 1/2 turns from where it was set, installed it and turned the key. It fired right off, idles great, and pulls like a mule now. Lack of power isn't an issue, and fuel consumption is less than that on my wife's machine. I highly recommend this carb, even over a rebuild, for the price. Thank you!
