echos of Harbinger
Although Shemitah is a good read... it seems to be the Harbinger re-stated. Even still, it does bring out many points that are unknown to the majority of us. I enjoyed the book very much.

Excellent version.
2 of 2 found this helpful Even though this book has been paraphrased, The author is careful to leave footnotes as to the reason for the wording he has placed in it. If a person wants to read the Bible in our common day language and for a good understanding of what the book is all about, I would recommend this version. I have given copies to each of my Grand daughters. ( 18 -19 yrs old) They could not make sense of the KJV but now we can converse in an understanding not possible before.. If one has questions or doubts about a verse or thought in ANY version, cross reference them with study bibles, and concordances. But I would recommend this version for daily reading for any age.
