It’s a vacuum air horn not a compressed air horn
A previous review gave it one star because he said it only worked a couple of times, saying it leaked air etc. from what I could tell it sounded like he hooked it up to compressed air, that is wrong it needs to be hooked up to a vacuum line. It helps if you read and follow instructions.

old school quality
this particular ratchet was made in 1971 and still working. I did disassemble it and gave it a good cleaning and lube. works perfectly.
