Died at day 3

Since day one I figured out the drive got extremely hot and after 3 days the PS4 ask me to format the drive which it couldn’t. The same thing happened on a windows computer, after formatting the drive I could use it but if you unplug it and plug it again Windows ask you to format the drive once again what makes the drive useless. At the end I probably received a defective unit, right now you can only use it to teach classes on how to format a hard drive. PD: this is an opened box unit sold as new. As I said before probably I’ve got a defective one.
