Catherine is really helpful and great to communicate with. The package came quickly and Wes well packaged and the items were just as described. I got thses items over 2 separate Sundays.     I ordered this model with a bunch of others for my birthday. I asked if it would be possible to combine postage and AA Wargames replied quickly and generously combined all of my purchases for postage fee purposes. The items were Well packaged, there were a few spikey bits bent out of shape in transport, but that was down to how they were made, not how they were packaged. all items were exactly as advertised. overall, saisfied with this purchase
