Depends what you need
This item did not work satisfactory for a trip from San Diego to Kailui, Maui because it is not that well insulated nor is the freezer unit as effecient as other gel packs I have used. After 7 hours, the last hour in 87 deg F heat of Hawaii in suitcase of rental car, the medicine was just cool, not cold and the refrigerant the same. I had hoped for more cooling efficiency and would only recommend this pouch for short trips of two or three hours. So all my recommendations above would be "yes" for short time period, otherwise "no." It is well made and has convenient pockets.

A great antenna
4 of 4 found this helpful Excellent workmanship and quality products. I painted mine a camouflage color and it has worked excellent for two months. The seller was very informative, involved, cooperative, appreciated by this former teacher. Great fund raising cause too. I am very happy with this choice. My signal was excellent on both bands to a repeater several miles away.
