Low quality product

I purchased this to replace the identical item that came with my phone set. The original item had broken on the bluetooth part where it connects to the piece that you wear. The exact thing happened to this replacement I purchased. The little pieces that attach to the wearable piece are poorly made and don't last.
I am on the phone a lot and can't tolerate holding a phone up to my ear for any length of time. I'm so used to "hands free" phone use that I can't do it any other way. I will have to go back to the old fashioned way of using a corded headset which means I will have to purchase new phones that have a jack for this.
It's too bad that this bluetooth is the only one that's compatible with the phones.
