Works fine
Very please with this. I was not so careful as some of the other reviewers. I drilled the 4 holes (for 4-40 machine screws) with a hand drill at the slowest speed. Removing often to cool down and remove debris. Did not bother doing any polishing or cleanup of the plastic. I did use the coupling compound. Results: Oscilloscope shows pulses as described in the design documents. I did a quick histogram of the counts vs millivolts - seems to match what the CosmicWatch design says to should be.

Blurry results
Kodak is sort of misleading on the Features of this scanner. The only resolution specs. given are 14/22 megapixel. No dpi. Look at a real scanner and the specs say how many dots per inch dpi it can scan at. It does produce files with lots of pixels - the problem is - blurry. The actual useful megapixel is about 2 to 3 megapixel. About the same as HD TV. Maybe OK for some folks but not what I wanted so I returned it.
