Good quality but doesn't do its job
I work in a shop with no A/C so it gets terribly hot during the summers. I was really excited to try this product. It does help a little but I am constantly having to rinse it out and put it back in the freezer to get really cold and then wrap it around my neck/head/shoulders and it gives me great relief for about a half hour. It does get your clothing wet and I also found that the material color bleeds a bit. I was a bit disappointed but at least it works a little for giving me relief on the hottest days.
