  Buyer messaged me several times harassing me over an item they purchased. When I tried offering suggestions/help they continued harassing me instead of asking for or accepting a return as the appropriate solution.

  If seller meant to reply to the negative feedback, we see equally incompetence here as with item sent.There was NO harassment. We asked: "Would you like an update, so we can resolve this amicably?"There's been no responses by seller for over a month, even though we stated we'd rather not resort to contacting eBay and/or leaving negative feedback.We have 24+ years on eBay and experience with mobile phones for longer than seller has been alive. We know what WE are doing. Seller did not.
