Offers Bass and Nothing Else, Nothing
1 of 8 found this helpful These are not for those who care about sound quality, comfort or call quality. This is for those who only care about sloppy loud bass. The haptic bass slider increases the bass but also it connected to a pair of vibrating mechanisms that make the headphones shake to artificially mimmic subwoofer rattle. The mids and highs are lacking, sounding almost muted or flat. The build quality is excellent but they're heavy and the rubber bump in the headband digs into the skull.

Good Bang for Your Buck but Don't Expect Much
for the price I paid (under $40) these cannot be beat and if that's your price point then it's hard to complain about these. but at full price I would never buy these. the ear pads were stiff and itchy, the sound quality is flat and muted, and the skull candy app doesn't cover these headphones so you cannot adjust the sound settings. on the bright side they sit firmly on the head without sliding around and they fold up nicely for travel. they're also very simple to use since they don't have too many features - just pair your bluetooth and you're ready to go! also if you have a large head/ears like me then these may not fit comfortably (too much clamping force, ear pads too small).

Such Versatile Sound, Everyone Will Love These
5 of 5 found this helpful Wow my ears have never heard headphones sound this good for $250. They have a very wide range/soundstage and tons of versatility for all types of music. If you're looking for a lot of bass these have that option that can be added and adjusted through the app EQ and bass boost feature. If you're looking for a more balanced sound signature this comes pretty neutral out of the box, perhaps a bit warm but at no cost to the mid and upper ranges. I would say these are hard to beat at this price, especially if you can only have one pair - these are just so versatile for so many different types of music and so many easy-to-use controls in the app. The physical construction is nice but I was not impressed, it's plastic and a little cheap-feeling in the hands but it looks fantastic on the head and it's very lightweight and sits very comfortably AROUND the ear lobe, not ON the earlobe, and this will fit a large variety of head sizes for sure. You really cannot find this type of versatility, in certified refurbished condition, for this price.
