Excellent choice, quiet, efficient.
You must pick this model as the double sensors (movement and humidity) are the best choice. Installation is easy but if you are retrofitting an old bathroom, like all other installations, there is no magic: you will have to climb to the ceiling.
Use insulated flexible vent to make sure you get worry-free top quality final results.
Only one little nagging thing with the Panasonics: the neck of the exhaust is a tad short. It's workable but would greatly help to be a couple inches longer.
I recommend you screw a piece of 1x2 or 2x4 to the joist you will be attaching it - makes much easier to screw from the bottom.
Also, tape the opening with the sticky foil tape for a nice finish (although the grille will cover it all, you will have peace of mind know that moisture is not seeping in the sheetrock).
Recommended? Heck yes !!!!

These are perfectly cut - they are deep and can easily cover my Plantronics Audio 487USB. Everything is like new again.

Dislike : heavy, but have to trade in for the size of the tube.
The remote would be great if backlited but it is not.
Remote can control the TV, Cable and DSS. You need to program it
to control these other devices.
