It's okay for the casual user...

I had mild hopes that I could use this as a stand-in for a heart rate monitor when working out and doing training sessions. The reality is that the heart rate measurement from the wrist is significantly less accurate than from my chest strap. I guess it's nice to see an average heart rate for the last four hours and to see what my heart rate was while sleeping, but I have to take that data with a grain of salt... Battery seems to last for about a week before notification that it needs to be charged and recharge time to full is about an hour, so that's nice. It's an electronic bauble for data geeks... not much else.

Adding the light switch feature is a game changer to old single button openers.

My garage was equipped with just a single button that only served to open or close the garage door but without any option to switch the light on the opener. This was the solution and the install could not have been easier. Simply swap the wires according to the included instructions, put a could of screws in the wall and now you have a light switch in addition to an opener button.

Did not charge any battery in my phone... works as a data transfer cable okay.

I needed a CHARGING cable, and this is the third one I have bought that was advertised as such, but does NOT charge any battery in my Samsung Alias u740. I am very frustrated now, as my original charging cable has disappeared, I have two batteries for my phone and can not charge any of them! Grrr! Attaching the phone to the computer's USB port worked okay, and the phone was recognized by the computer but does not charge!
