Unnecessary

The equalizer makes minimal difference. Adds weight to controller. Seems to cut max volume by about 10%. The mute button is nice and the ability to increase game/chat volume is great as well. The best thing about this is the ability to add your cellphone music to your head set. Now that is AMAZING! playing Forza or Darksiders with my own music without having to add another app to the xbox is really cool. That alone makes this product worth it. If your looking for a equalizer to add bass to your games this is not what you want. But it is a fun product.

Great Ingredients. If blended like described, should be awsome.

So I'm used to taking HGW but in smaller doses through out the day and I can feel the difference 30 minutes after taking it. This is HGW but in a higher dose but daily, haven't noticed anything yet but it's only been 2 days. Update. If the reccomendes dosage doesn't work for you try taking 2X a day. 2 In the morning and 2 before "BED" always at least a hour out before "BED"
