not really tight enough to be a brace.
good for kicking heavy bags but not much in terms of support

1 of 1 found this helpful Solid fixture good price. Doesn't have a plunger for the stop valve so make sure you get the right drain for the sink. There is no way to gate back the water pressure and comes out like a garden hose if you open it fully. I'd buy again .
